Ingredients

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

  • 2 Bananas peeled and sliced
  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 2 TBSP Cacao powder unsweetened
  • 3 cups Milk of your choice
  • 1 TBSP Honey or maple syrup, optional for added sweetness
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prep the Bananas: Peel and slice the ripe bananas.
  • Blend Ingredients: Add bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If needed, scrape down the sides of the blender and blend again to ensure everything is well combined.
  • Adjust the consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk. If it's too thin, blend in a few ice cubes or another banana slice to thicken it up.
  • Serve: Pour the chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie into a glass or to-go cup.
