Ingredients

Bagel with Cinnamon Butter Cream Cheese

  • 2 Your choice of bagel
  • 2 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon

Cherry Almond Smoothie

  • 1 cup Cherries frozen
  • 1 Banana frozen
  • 1 cup Your choice of milk
  • 2 TBSP Almond butter
  • 2 TBSP Almonds sliced, optional for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Slice the bagels in half horizontally. Then toast.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, honey, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  • In a blender, combine frozen cherries, banana, almond milk, and almond butter.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Spread the cinnamon honey butter cream cheese generously on each half of the bagels.
  • Serve the bagel with a smoothie.
