Ingredients

Bacon Egg and Cheese Wrap

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 Flour tortillas burrito size

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice

Berries

  • 1 cup Mixed berries washed (e.g. strawberries blueberries raspberries)

Instructions

  • Place a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add bacon slices and cook on both sides until crispy.
  • Remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
  • Crack the eggs into the same skillet used for bacon (with some of the bacon fat).
  • Cook over until egg whites are firm then flip over and top with cheese cook for 30 seconds longer or until cheese melts.
  • Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until warmed and pliable.
  • Layer the tortilla with bacon and eggs. Fold in the sides and roll up. Cut in half.
  • Serve the wrap alongside orange juice and mixed berries.
