Bacon Egg and Cheese Wrap
- 4 slices Bacon
- 4 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 Flour tortillas burrito size
Berries
- 1 cup Mixed berries washed (e.g. strawberries blueberries raspberries)
Place a skillet over medium heat.
Add bacon slices and cook on both sides until crispy.
Remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
Crack the eggs into the same skillet used for bacon (with some of the bacon fat).
Cook over until egg whites are firm then flip over and top with cheese cook for 30 seconds longer or until cheese melts.
Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until warmed and pliable.
Layer the tortilla with bacon and eggs. Fold in the sides and roll up. Cut in half.
Serve the wrap alongside orange juice and mixed berries.
