Ingredients
Bacon Egg and Cheese Wrap
- 4 slices Bacon
 - 4 Eggs
 - Salt to taste
 - Black pepper to taste
 - ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
 - 2 Flour tortillas burrito size
 
Orange Juice
- 16 oz Orange juice
 
Berries
- 1 cup Mixed berries washed (e.g. strawberries blueberries raspberries)
 
Instructions
- Place a skillet over medium heat.
 - Add bacon slices and cook on both sides until crispy.
 - Remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
 - Crack the eggs into the same skillet used for bacon (with some of the bacon fat).
 - Cook over until egg whites are firm then flip over and top with cheese cook for 30 seconds longer or until cheese melts.
 - Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until warmed and pliable.
 - Layer the tortilla with bacon and eggs. Fold in the sides and roll up. Cut in half.
 - Serve the wrap alongside orange juice and mixed berries.
