Ingredients
Chicken
- 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless diced small
 - 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp Paprika
 - 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 - 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
 
Seasoning
- Salt
 - Black pepper
 
Sauce
- 2 TBSP Greek Yogurt
 - 1 TBSP Sweet chili sauce
 - 1 TBSP Buffalo wing sauce
 
Other Ingredients
- 2 large Tortilla wraps
 - 1 cup Romaine lettuce chopped
 - 1 Avocado pitted and diced
 - 1/4 cup Onion chopped
 - 1/4 cup Tomato diced
 - 1/2 cup Roasted red peppers chopped
 - 2 oz BBQ potato chips
 - 2 Pickle spears
 
Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
 
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
 - In a bowl, mix the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
 - Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken all over and cook through until no longer pink inside. Check using a thermometer for a temperature of 160°F (71°C). Then remove from the heat.
 - Mix the ingredients together for the sauce.
 - Layer the wrap with lettuce, avocado, onion, tomatoes, roasted pepper, chicken, and sauce. Fold in the ends and roll up tight.
 - Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
