Ingredients
- 4 large Peaches ripe (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Almond milk or your choice of milk
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Ground ginger
Instructions
- Slice your peaches in half and remove the stone. You can use a knife or a spoon to scoop out the pit.
- Put your peaches into the blender, then add the other ingredients. Blend until completely combined.
