Peach Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 large Peaches ripe (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Almond milk or your choice of milk
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Ground ginger

Instructions

  • Slice your peaches in half and remove the stone. You can use a knife or a spoon to scoop out the pit.
  • Put your peaches into the blender, then add the other ingredients. Blend until completely combined.
