Ingredients

  • 2 cups French fries store bought or homemade
  • 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless butterflied
  • 2 Hamburger buns lightly toasted
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Green leaf lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Red onion shaved
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup

Instructions

  • For the fries: Cook the fries according to the instructions on the package. If making your own fries see recipe in menu.
  • Season the chicken on both sides well with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium heat. Cook on both sides to an internal temperature of 160 degrees. (Cook time depends on how thick the breast is.)
  • Lightly toast the bun, then spread mayo on both halves.
  • Layer with lettuce, chicken, tomato, onion, and cheese.
  • Serve with fries and ketchup.
