Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Green Peas sub snow peas if needed
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste

Instructions

  • Heat a saute pan over medium heat. Add snow peas, broth, and tomato paste; saute, stirring occasionally, until peas are tender and coated well. Remove from heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper; serve half and save the rest for later in the week.
