Ingredients
- 2 Pita bread
- 2 oz Deli turkey breast chopped
- 1 cup Spring mix
- 8 Grape tomatoes quartered
- 1 tbsp Red onion minced
- 2 tbsp Cucumber diced small
- 1 oz Potato chips
- 4 Dolmas
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients for the sauce into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust any of the ingredients as needed to taste. Set aside.
- Warm the pita on both sides in a pan over medium heat for approximately 30 seconds per side.
- Layer the pita with turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce, and cucumber. Fold in half and serve with chips and dolmas.
