Turkey Gyro

Ingredients

  • 2 Pita bread
  • 2 oz Deli turkey breast chopped
  • 1 cup Spring mix
  • 8 Grape tomatoes quartered
  • 1 tbsp Red onion minced
  • 2 tbsp Cucumber diced small
  • 1 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Dolmas

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh dill chopped

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients for the sauce into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust any of the ingredients as needed to taste. Set aside.
  • Warm the pita on both sides in a pan over medium heat for approximately 30 seconds per side.
  • Layer the pita with turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce, and cucumber. Fold in half and serve with chips and dolmas.
