Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rice wine vinegar
- 1 cup Daikon radish peeled and sliced into thin matchstick strips
- 1/4 cup Carrots shaved
- 2 tsp Scallions chopped
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Submerge the daikon and carrot in the vinegar. Add more vinegar if needed.
- Let sit for 20 minutes. Drain well, mix with scallions before serving.
