Ingredients
Pita & Dip
- 2 Pita bread cut into triangle
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Cucumber finely diced
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Fresh dill chopped
Baguette
- 1/2 loaf French bread cut in half lengthwise
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cups Arugula
- 8 slices Tomato
- 12 oz Deli ham sliced thin
- 4 slices Jarlsberg cheese halved
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Toss the pita with oil, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and cook in the oven until golden brown and crisp. Turning the pita over halfway through. Once crisp set aside to cool.
- In a bowl mix the yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Spread both halves of the baguette with mustard.
- Preheat the oven broiler on low.
- Layer the bread with arugula, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, ham, and cheese. Place under the broiler until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Cut into portions and serve with pita chips and dip.
