Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Toss the pita with oil, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and cook in the oven until golden brown and crisp. Turning the pita over halfway through. Once crisp set aside to cool.
In a bowl mix the yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Spread both halves of the baguette with mustard.
Preheat the oven broiler on low.
Layer the bread with arugula, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, ham, and cheese. Place under the broiler until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Cut into portions and serve with pita chips and dip.
