Grilled Sausage Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 Italian sausage link
  • 2 Long rolls cut in half and slit on top (or your choice of roll)
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut more if desired
  • 4 tbsp Relish
  • 4 tbsp Banana peppers sliced
  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard or mustard of your choice
  • 2 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • Preheat a grill on medium heat.
    (Alternatively preheat an oven to 400 degrees).
  • Cook the sausage getting a nice char on all sides to an internal temperature of 150°F using a thermometer.
  • Place the cooked sausage on the roll with sauerkraut, relish, banana peppers, and mustard. Serve with pickle.
