Ingredients
- 4 Italian sausage link
- 2 Long rolls cut in half and slit on top (or your choice of roll)
- 1 cup Sauerkraut more if desired
- 4 tbsp Relish
- 4 tbsp Banana peppers sliced
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard or mustard of your choice
- 2 Pickles halved
Instructions
- Preheat a grill on medium heat. (Alternatively preheat an oven to 400 degrees).
- Cook the sausage getting a nice char on all sides to an internal temperature of 150°F using a thermometer.
- Place the cooked sausage on the roll with sauerkraut, relish, banana peppers, and mustard. Serve with pickle.
