Ingredients
- 4 Sub rolls 6 inch
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
- 8 slices Tomato
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 4 slices Havarti Cheese halved
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickles halved
Ailoi
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Fresh rosemary minced
- 1 clove Garlic grated
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, rosemary, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lightly toast the rolls to golden brown.
- Spread the mayo on both halves of bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with oregano, salt, and pepper, roast beef, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
