Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup Crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 Jalapeño pepper optional
  • 2 tbsp Red onion minced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Using a food processor or blender, place all the ingredients (except the tortilla chips) in and pulse until the salsa is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
