Layer yogurt parfait: Spoon a layer of yogurt into a glass, followed by a layer of granola, then a layer of mixed berries. Repeat layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a final layer of mixed berries on top.
Brew coffee (or espresso) using your preferred method.
Prepare vanilla cappuccino: In a small saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Use a milk frother or immersion blender to froth the milk until very foamy.
Assemble cappuccino: Portion the brewed espresso or coffee. Gently pour the frothed milk over the coffee. Top with a sprinkle with ground cinnamon for garnish.
