Ingredients

Yogurt Parfait

  • 2 cups Assorted yogurt your choice of flavors
  • ½ cup Granola
  • 2 cups Mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 TBSP Honey or maple syrup

Vanilla Cappuccino

  • 2 shots Espresso or brewed strong coffee
  • 1 cup Your choice of milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Layer yogurt parfait: Spoon a layer of yogurt into a glass, followed by a layer of granola, then a layer of mixed berries. Repeat layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a final layer of mixed berries on top.
  • Brew coffee (or espresso) using your preferred method.
  • Prepare vanilla cappuccino: In a small saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Use a milk frother or immersion blender to froth the milk until very foamy.
  • Assemble cappuccino: Portion the brewed espresso or coffee. Gently pour the frothed milk over the coffee. Top with a sprinkle with ground cinnamon for garnish.
  • Serve the yogurt parfait with vanilla cappuccino.
