Ingredients
Yogurt Parfait
- 2 cups Assorted yogurt your choice of flavors
- ½ cup Granola
- 2 cups Mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 2 TBSP Honey or maple syrup
Vanilla Cappuccino
- 2 shots Espresso or brewed strong coffee
- 1 cup Your choice of milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Layer yogurt parfait: Spoon a layer of yogurt into a glass, followed by a layer of granola, then a layer of mixed berries. Repeat layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a final layer of mixed berries on top.
- Brew coffee (or espresso) using your preferred method.
- Prepare vanilla cappuccino: In a small saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Use a milk frother or immersion blender to froth the milk until very foamy.
- Assemble cappuccino: Portion the brewed espresso or coffee. Gently pour the frothed milk over the coffee. Top with a sprinkle with ground cinnamon for garnish.
- Serve the yogurt parfait with vanilla cappuccino.
