Ingredients

Mixed Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen; i.e. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 cup Your choice of milk
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • ½ Banana
  • 2 TBSP Rolled oats
  • ½ cup Ice

Bagel with Cream Cheese

  • 1 Whole wheat bagel
  • 4 TBSP Cream cheese

Instructions

  • Toast the Bagel: Preheat your toaster or toaster oven. Slice the whole wheat bagel in half and toast until golden brown.
  • Blend the Smoothie: In a blender, combine the mixed berries, milk, honey, oats, banana, and ice. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey. Adjust the consistency as needed with milk.
  • Prepare the Bagel: Once toasted, spread cream cheese on each half of the bagel.
  • Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses. Serve with half cream cheese bagel on the side.
