Ingredients
Mixed Berry Smoothie
- 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen; i.e. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 cup Your choice of milk
- 2 TBSP Honey
- ½ Banana
- 2 TBSP Rolled oats
- ½ cup Ice
Bagel with Cream Cheese
- 1 Whole wheat bagel
- 4 TBSP Cream cheese
Instructions
- Toast the Bagel: Preheat your toaster or toaster oven. Slice the whole wheat bagel in half and toast until golden brown.
- Blend the Smoothie: In a blender, combine the mixed berries, milk, honey, oats, banana, and ice. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey. Adjust the consistency as needed with milk.
- Prepare the Bagel: Once toasted, spread cream cheese on each half of the bagel.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses. Serve with half cream cheese bagel on the side.
