Turkey Swiss Sandwich

Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Whole wheat bread
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients as noted above.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Spread mayonnaise evenly on each slice.
  • Layer with lettuce, turkey and cheese. Top with another slice of whole wheat bread. Cut in half.
  • Mix the ingredients for lemonade. Serve over ice.
  • Enjoy your sandwich with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
