Turkey Swiss Sandwich

Ingredients

Ranch Dressing

  • 4 TBSP Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Water
  • 1 tsp White vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh chives minced
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh dill minced
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh parsley minced
  • Black pepper

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Honey wheat bread toasted
  • 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 4 large Romaine lettuce leaves to fit the bread
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Celery cut into 3 inch long sticks

Beverage

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl for the ranch dressing. Add more water if needed for a thinner consistency. Taste and adjust any of the ingredients as needed. Refrigerate.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Spread the mayo on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and cheese.
  • Serve: Slice in half and enjoy with celery, ranch, and sparkling water.
