Ingredients
Ranch Dressing
- 4 TBSP Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp Water
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Fresh chives minced
- 1/2 tsp Fresh dill minced
- 1/2 tsp Fresh parsley minced
- Black pepper
Sandwich
- 4 slices Honey wheat bread toasted
- 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 4 large Romaine lettuce leaves to fit the bread
- 4 slices Tomato
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Celery cut into 3 inch long sticks
Beverage
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl for the ranch dressing. Add more water if needed for a thinner consistency. Taste and adjust any of the ingredients as needed. Refrigerate.
- Toast the bread.
- Spread the mayo on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and cheese.
- Serve: Slice in half and enjoy with celery, ranch, and sparkling water.
