- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 Sub rolls 6 inch
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Provolone cheese halved
- 1/2 cup Banana peppers sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 4 Pickle spears
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, oregano, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mayo on the bottom half of the roll. Layer with lettuce, turkey, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, cheese, and banana peppers.
Drizzle the oil and vinegar on the top half of the bread. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickle.
