Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 Sub rolls 6 inch
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Provolone cheese halved
- 1/2 cup Banana peppers sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 4 Pickle spears
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, oregano, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mayo on the bottom half of the roll. Layer with lettuce, turkey, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, cheese, and banana peppers.
- Drizzle the oil and vinegar on the top half of the bread. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickle.
