Ingredients

  • 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 1/4 head Butter lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz Leftover turkey sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water

Instructions

  • Spread the mayo on one side of all slices of bread.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and turkey.
  • Cut in half.
  • Serve the sandwich with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
