- 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 1/4 head Butter lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Leftover turkey sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water
Instructions
- Spread the mayo on one side of all slices of bread.
- Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and turkey.
- Cut in half.
- Serve the sandwich with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
