Turkey Salami Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 4 leaves Green leaf lettuce cut to fit the bread
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 TBSP Red onion sliced thin
  • 2 oz Salami sliced thin
  • 3 oz Deli turkey breast use any fresh roasted turkey leftover or make your own see recipe in the deli tab
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears
  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold

Instructions

  • Prep all sandwich ingredients per instruction above.
  • Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, onion, salami, turkey, and cheese. Cut in half.
  • To serve: Enjoy with chips and pickles and a glass of sparkling water (over ice if desired)
