Turkey Monterey Jack Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast sliced
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Monterey jack cheese sliced
  • 4 Pickles halved or sliced into rounds
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Spread the mayo and mustard on the insides of both slices of bread.
  • Layer with spring mix, turkey, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and Monterey Jack cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
