Toast the bread if preferred.
Spread mayo and mustard on one side of each slice.
Layer with lettuce, tomato, turkey breast, and cheese.
Place the remaining bread slice on top to complete the sandwich. Cut in half.
In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, milk, cardamom powder, and sugar.
Blend until smooth. Adjust sweetness and consistency by adding more sugar, milk, or mango, along with a splash of water if needed.
Serve the sandwiches with potato chips, pickle spears, and mango lassi.
