Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Preheat the oven broiler on low.
Mix together the ground turkey, steak seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Season generously with salt and pepper, and form into patties. Cook burgers to an internal temperature of 155 degrees using a thermometer. When the burger is most of the way cooked, add the cheese and place under the oven broiler to melt.
Toast the buns. Place the burger on the bun with lettuce and tomato. Serve with pickles, chips and ketchup or your choice of condiments.
