Season ground turkey with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Use your hands to form the mixture into equal patties.
Preheat a grill pan or cast iron pan on medium heat. Cook turkey patties for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes before placing the cheese on top. Melt the cheese and cook until the internal temperature reaches 160°F using a thermometer.
Toast the buns golden brown. Spread mayo on the inside of the buns.
Place the turkey patties on the sandwich buns, top with the lettuce, tomato. Serve with pickles.
