Turkey Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Chipotle Sauce
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • Potato chips

Instructions

  • Season ground turkey with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Use your hands to form the mixture into equal patties.
  • Preheat a grill pan or cast iron pan on medium heat. Cook turkey patties for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes before placing the cheese on top. Melt the cheese and cook until the internal temperature reaches 160°F using a thermometer.
  • Toast the buns golden brown. Spread mayo on the inside of the buns.
  • Place the turkey patties on the sandwich buns, top with the lettuce, tomato. Serve with pickles.
