Turkey Baguette

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish
  • 1 loaf French baguette
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup Red onion shaved
  • 4 oz Stilton Cheese sliced
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk together the mayo and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Warm the baguette in a 350 degree oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Then cut in half lenghtwise. Spread the horseradish mayo on both halves of the bread.
  • Layer with spinach, turkey, onion, cheese, and tomato seasoned with salt and pepper. Cut into 5 to 6 inch portions and serve with chips and pickles.
