Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Horseradish
- 1 loaf French baguette
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
- 1/2 cup Red onion shaved
- 4 oz Stilton Cheese sliced
- 12 slices Tomato
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 4 Pickle spears
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together the mayo and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the baguette in a 350 degree oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Then cut in half lenghtwise. Spread the horseradish mayo on both halves of the bread.
- Layer with spinach, turkey, onion, cheese, and tomato seasoned with salt and pepper. Cut into 5 to 6 inch portions and serve with chips and pickles.
