Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Sandwich
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 1/2 cup Baby spinach
- 1/2 cup Arugula
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer with spinach and arugula, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and avocado.
Cut the sandwich in half. Serve with chips, pickles, and lemonade.
