Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 1/2 cup Baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup Arugula
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Lemonade

  • 24 oz Lemonade cold

Instructions

  • Toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer with spinach and arugula, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and avocado.
  • Cut the sandwich in half. Serve with chips, pickles, and lemonade.
