Sandwich
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 1/2 cup Baby spinach
- 1/2 cup Arugula
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Lemonade
- 24 oz Lemonade cold
Instructions
- Toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer with spinach and arugula, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and avocado.
- Cut the sandwich in half. Serve with chips, pickles, and lemonade.
