Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Sandwich
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 1 cup Arugula
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
- 2 oz BBQ potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Cucumber Lime Spritzer
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 2 TBSP Lime juice
- 8 slices Cucumber
- 2 TBSP Fresh mint
Toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer with arugula, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and avocado.
Mix together the ingredients for the spritzer.
Cut the sandwich in half. Serve with chips, pickles, and spritzer.
