Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
  • 2 oz BBQ potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Cucumber Lime Spritzer

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 2 TBSP Lime juice
  • 8 slices Cucumber
  • 2 TBSP Fresh mint

Instructions

  • Toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer with arugula, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and avocado.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the spritzer.
  • Cut the sandwich in half. Serve with chips, pickles, and spritzer.
