Ingredients
Sandwich
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 1 cup Arugula
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
- 2 oz BBQ potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Cucumber Lime Spritzer
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 2 TBSP Lime juice
- 8 slices Cucumber
- 2 TBSP Fresh mint
Instructions
- Toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer with arugula, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and avocado.
- Mix together the ingredients for the spritzer.
- Cut the sandwich in half. Serve with chips, pickles, and spritzer.
