Tiramisu Overnight Oats
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups Coffee cooled
- ½ cup Milk your choice
- 2 TBSP Cacao powder plus more for dusting the top
- 2 TBSP Maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Mascarpone cheese or Greek yogurt
Iced Coffee
- Ice cubes
- Coffee cooled
- Your choice of creamer
- Your choice of sweetener
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and brewed coffee. Stir well.
Add milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Gently fold in mascarpone cheese or Greek yogurt.
Divide the mixture into two airtight containers or jars.
Seal the containers and refrigerate overnight.
Brew the coffee then refrigerate to cool.
Pour the coffee over ice cubes. Prepare to your liking.
Dust the top of the overnight oats with cocoa powder and serve with iced coffee.
