Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 lb Pork Ribs 1 rack of ribs is approximately 2 lbs. Look for St Louis cut ribs

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine Hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, five spice powder, garlic powder, honey, and ketchup. Stir until the sauce is fully combined. Pour over pork spare ribs, wrap in foil and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Bake at for about 40 to 50 minutes.
