For the sausage: cook in a 400 degree oven to an internal temperature of 155 degrees using a thermometer.
Cook the oats in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package. Once the oats are 3/4 of the way done add the pear, cinnamon, allspice, and butter. Continue to cook until tender.
Portion and top with raspberries and pistachio. Drizzle with honey. Serve with chicken sausage.
