Season both sides of the steak well with salt and steak seasoning.
Cook steak: Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Once hot add half of the oil. Cook the steaks on both sides to your desired temperature using a thermometer (see below). Let rest for 5 minutes. Trim the fat off the sides if desired, before slicing thin against the grain. While resting, fry eggs.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add remaining oil. Crack the eggs into the pan; cook until egg whites start to become firm, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water and cover with a lid to help firm the whites up.
Toast bread in toaster oven.
Serve the eggs with steak, toast with jam, and orange juice.
