Place the graham crackers down and top with chocolate.
Thread the marshmallow onto a skewer.
Top each graham cracker with chocolate and then marshmallows.
Using a culinary torch or the open flame of the stove or a grill toast the marshmallow golden brown and gooey. Immediately place onto the chocolate top with another graham cracker and gently push down. (Alternatively, place marshmallow topped graham crackers under the oven broiler on low, watch them closely as they will toast quickly, allow to toast until golden brown and gooey.
