Place the oranges in the refrigerator the night before. Allow them to chill overnight.
In the morning, slice the oranges in half and juice with a citrus reamer, or squeeze by hand. Remove any seeds. Pour the juice into a glass.
Slice the bagels and toast them until golden brown.
Spread the cream cheese on each half of the toasted bagels.
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk them together. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are scrambled and cooked to your preferred consistency. Remove from heat.
Wash and slice the assorted fruit as desired and arrange it on serving plates.
Serve the bagel with eggs, fruit, and orange juice.
