Ingredients

Bagel with Garlic Chive Cream Cheese

  • 2 Everything bagels sliced
  • 4 TBSP Garlic chive cream cheese

Scrambled Eggs

  • 4 Eggs large
  • 1 TBSP Butter or cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Orange Juice

  • 24 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Slice the bagels and set them aside.
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until well combined.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the bagels in a toaster or toaster oven to toast until they reach your desired level of crispness.
  • Spread the garlic chive cream cheese generously onto the sliced bagels.
  • In the preheated skillet, add a touch of butter or oil if desired, then pour in the beaten eggs.
  • Cook the eggs, stirring frequently with a spatula, until they reach a creamy and slightly solid consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat when done.
  • Pour the orange juice into a glass.
  • Plate the toasted bagels with garlic chive cream cheese, serve them alongside the scrambled eggs, and enjoy with orange juice.
