Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic slivered
  • 6 cups Mustard Greens substitute kale if needed

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add in the garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 1 - 2 minutes. Add in the mustard greens and toss until wilted. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
