Sautéed French Beans

- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cups French beans ends trimmed (also known as Haricot Vert)
In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the oil. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute, then add the beans. Cover with a lid and saute until tender.
Season well with salt and pepper to taste. The beans are done when they are tender and have crispiness to them.
