Dice bread, lay out on baking sheet and toast in the oven on low till semi crouton consistency
Dice Mirepoix (celery, carrot, onion)
*use scraps for Turkey
On medium heat, use a saute pan to start browning ground sausage
Add in diced mirepoix to sausage and saute together for another 3 to 5 minutes
Once sausage is mostly browned pull pan off heat
In a baking dish mix sausage & mirepoix, diced bread croutons, ground thyme & fennel, chicken broth, and salt & pepper
Place in oven on top rack at 350° for 50 minutes
Take out of oven cover with foil and let set up for 10 - 15 minutes before serving
